The Z45H concealed stem gate valve refers to a valve in which the closing member (gate plate) moves perpendicularly to
the centerline of the passage. Gate valves are mainly used for cutting off in pipelines. The operation is flexible and reliable, and the
sealing performance is excellent.
The Z45H low-pressure concealed stem cast steel gate valve replaces the traditional cast iron valve. It features a compact structure,
reasonable design, good valve rigidity, smooth passage, low flow coefficient and large flow resistance coefficient, simple structure and
easy maintenance. The models are Z45H-10C, Z45H-16C and Z45H-25C. Its sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy,
which has a long service life. It adopts flexible graphite packing, ensuring reliable sealing and easy, flexible operation.
The driving methods are divided into manual, electric, pneumatic and gear transmission.
Structural types: Elastic wedge single gate plate, rigid wedge single gate plate and double gate plate types.
It is widely applicable to petrochemical, metallurgy, water treatment, thermal power plants and other oil and water steam pipelines
as an opening and closing device for connecting or cutting off the medium in the pipeline.
