Product Introduction
The structural feature of the plunger valve is that it is composed of a stainless steel plunger, two elastic sealing rings on the
upper and lower parts, and a metal frame that can maintain a fixed distance between the upper and lower sealing rings. The
plunger is inserted into the two sealing rings like a bottle stopper to form a cylindrical contact seal. Its sealing area is larger than
that of traditional stop valves, and the sealing effect is excellent. The upper sealing ring prevents external leakage. The lower
sealing ring serves an internal sealing function. If leakage occurs after long-term use, the sealing specific pressure on the end face
of the sealing ring can be increased by adjusting the pressure of the fixed bolt on the valve cover (first keeping the valve port closed),
resulting in an increase in the axial component force and restoring the sealing of the leaked sealing ring. Our factory has conducted
multiple interference fit sealing tests and determined a reasonable interference sealing value. After millions of reciprocating movements,
it can still provide a completely reliable and excellent sealing effect.
