The NKJ61H vacuum stop valve is an industrial valve equipment used for pneumatic circuit control, airflow regulation and quantitative
inflation. It is mainly applied in scenarios such as the combined vacuuming of mechanical vacuum pumps and diffusion pumps and
pressure regulation of vacuum containers, and is suitable for vacuum negative pressure environments such as turbine condensing
systems in thermal power plants.
This valve achieves gas path mode switching through the collaboration of multiple valves. By adjusting the opening Angle of the valve cover,
the gas flow rate can be precisely controlled. It is equipped with a vent valve to adjust the vacuum degree of the container. Built-in plunger
type quantitative gas filling unit, supporting quantitative gas delivery between high-pressure gas cylinders and containers. It adopts STL
surfacing welding sealing surface and self-expanding compression vacuum sealing structure, featuring wear resistance, zero leakage
characteristics and automatic sealing surface compensation function.
The nominal diameter covers 15-400mm, the nominal pressure is 1.6-6.4MPa (the carbon steel valve body can withstand a maximum
pressure of 6.4MPa/200℃), the applicable temperature is ≤550℃, and the medium includes water, steam and air. Its cast and forged
structure, combined with a parallel double-seal pair and a semi-forced bidirectional seal design, meets the isolation and airtightness
requirements of vacuum systems, and is particularly suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure industrial environments.
