Compact & lightweight design: ‌

The direct current structure (represented by "1" in the model) has relatively small fluid resistance.

The opening height of the disc is low (generally only 1/4 of the diameter of the valve seat channel), and the required operating space is small.

Reliable material & resistant to wear and corrosion: ‌

Valve body material: ‌ Model suffix "C" indicates that the valve body is made of carbon steel (usually WCB), which has good mechanical properties.

Sealing surface material: ‌ The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are made of stainless steel or alloy steel surfacing (in model, "H" stands for

 surfacing stainless steel), or iron-based alloy/Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing with excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance,

 corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, long service life.

Excellent sealing performance: ‌

The sealing surface material is advanced and wear-resistant. Combined with the vertical movement of the valve stem, it provides reliable cut-off sealing.

The sealing is reliable and the operation is safe.

It offers a variety of flange sealing forms to meet the requirements of different working conditions.

It adopts a ‌ reverse seal structure ‌ design, which enables the packing to be replaced safely and conveniently while the system is in operation 

(without stopping the machine), without affecting the system operation.

Durable stem & easy to operate: ‌

The valve stem has undergone quenching and tempering as well as surface nitriding treatment, which endowing it with excellent corrosion

 resistance and scratch resistance.

During the opening and closing process, the friction between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve body is smaller than that of

 a gate valve, thus making the operation more effortless and causing less wear.

The opening and closing stroke is short and the opening and closing time is relatively fast.

Wide range of working conditions: ‌

Nominal pressure: ‌ PN25 (approximately 2.5MPa).

Temperature range: ‌ wide applicable temperature range, can withstand temperatures up to 425 ° C or higher (boiler steam application).

Medium: ‌ suitable for liquid and gaseous fluids such as water, oil and gas.

Industry: ‌ is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power (boiler steam), light industry and other fields.

It is especially suitable for cutting off, regulating and throttling small-diameter pipes.
