The main features of the H44H-16C valve are as follows:


I. ‌ Structure and Working principle ‌

Swing type ‌ : The disc is opened and closed by rotating around a fixed axis with a rocker arm. When the fluid pushes the disc

 to open in the forward direction, it closes automatically by its own weight and the pressure of the medium in the reverse direction. 

It is an automatic valve.

Flanged connection (represented by model "44") ‌ : with flanged interface, installed firmly and sealed reliably.

Full inside structure ‌ : All opening and closing parts are sealed inside the valve body, no leakage point, only the middle flange needs gasket.

2. Youdaoplaceholder0 Material and sealing performance ‌

Valve body material ‌ : The suffix "C" indicates carbon steel (WCB), high mechanical strength.

Sealing surface treatment ‌ :

"H" indicates that the sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are made of stainless steel by surfacing welding (such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti) or other hard alloys.

Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for water, oil products, steam and acidic media (such as nitric acid, acetic acid).

Spherical connection structure ‌ : The disc and rocker arm are connected by a spherical connection for micro-position compensation and enhanced 

sealing adaptability.

Low pressure sealing limit ‌ : Lower sealing performance under low pressure conditions than lift check valve can be optimized by auxiliary spring or

 weight hammer structure.

Installation direction requirement ‌ : The fluid inlet direction should be aligned with the rotating side of the disc to ensure normal opening and closing.
