I. Product Introduction:
The ZDLP-16P electric regulating valve for controlling the inlet temperature of fuel gas in heating furnaces is composed of
the LK-3000 type electric actuator and high-quality domestic valves. It is a high-performance regulating valve and can be
widely applied in the automatic control systems of industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering,
medicine, boilers, and light industry.
The intelligent electric actuator accepts control signals such as 4~20mA/4~12mA/12~20mA/0~5V/1~5V, changes the opening
degree of the valve, and simultaneously feeds back the isolation signal of the valve opening degree to the control system to achieve
the regulation of parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate and liquid level.

The electric control valve is equipped with the LK-3000 type linear stroke electric actuator, which is small in size, complete in
specifications, light in weight, large in thrust, convenient to operate, has no potentiometer for adjustment, high in reliability and low in noise.
The LK-3000 electric actuator adopts an integrated structure design and has a self-diagnosis function. It is very convenient to
use and adjust. There is a digital display window where the control signal value and valve position value can be seen.
The functions of the LK-3000 electric actuator: It is equipped with fault diagnosis, alarm and protection functions for disconnection
control signals. That is, when the signal is cut off, the actuator or can be turned on. Or related; Or maintain; Or at any position
preset between 0 and 100. It is also equipped with the functions of valve blockage fault diagnosis, alarm and protection.
