The nitrogen supply (discharge) pressure setting of the nitrogen sealing device is convenient and can be carried out under continuous conditions.
The nitrogen pressure setting range is wide, from as low as 0.5Kpa (50mm.w.c) to as high as Kpa, with a ratio of up to 132 times.
The effective area of the pressure detection diaphragm is detected, and the spring stiffness is set, making the action extremely sensitive.
Adjustment:
Nitrogen supply pressure adjustment: Within the pressure adjustment range of the ZZV type micro-pressure regulating valve, select
a set value such as 1Kpa (100mm.w.c), and achieve it by adjusting the adjusting screw 2 to change the pre-compression (stretching) amount of spring 3.
Nitrogen relief pressure adjustment: In the pressure controller section of the ZZDQ quick relief valve, by adjusting seat 3,
the pre-compression amount of spring 4 is changed to achieve. Generally, to avoid frequent opening and closing of the nitrogen seal device,
the nitrogen discharge setting value should be far away from the nitrogen supply pressure value, such as 2Kpa (200mm.w.c).
Adjustment of the high set value of the breather valve: After the above two set values are adjusted properly, to avoid frequent opening
and closing of the breather valve, the set value of the breather valve should be higher than the pressure relief set value.
