The BQ641F pneumatic insulated ball valve is composed of a piston as a pneumatic actuator and a jacketed insulated ball
valve. It has excellent heat and cold preservation characteristics. Moreover, the diameter of the pneumatic insulated ball
valve is consistent with the pipe diameter, while effectively reducing the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. It can be
equipped with a valve positioner. By inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) into the air source, the operation can
be controlled. It can also be equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, three-piece set and 0.4-0.7MPa air source
to achieve on-off operation and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the opening and closing of the valve.
Jacketed pneumatic insulated valves are mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy,
pharmaceuticals, and food to transport high-viscosity media that solidify at normal temperature. Due to the integral structure
of the pneumatic insulated ball valve, the jacketed insulated pneumatic ball valve is smaller in volume and lighter in weight
than the general ball valve, with no external leakage and good sealing performance. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe,
